Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)Abacus Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist for a client in the Fort Myers, FL area. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.Pay Rate: $22.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PMResponsibilities:Process vendor invoices accurately and timelyMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiptsAssist with payment processing and account reconciliationResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain organized financial records and documentationCommunicate with vendors regarding payment inquiriesSupport the Finance Department with administrative and accounting tasksQualifications:Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProfessional communication skillsWhy Work with Abacus Staffing?Weekly payCompetitive compensationConsistent full-time scheduleOpportunity for long-term employmentSupportive work environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.¡Se anima a los candidatos bilingües (inglés/español) a postularse hoy mismo!Apply today and join a growing team through Abacus Staffing!
