Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve motor function, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share effective therapy techniques with patients and their families to ensure ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education and professional certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
