Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking effective coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to each individual.
\n
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops and educational classes aimed at stress management, resilience-building, and mindfulness practices.
\n
• Incorporate client-specific mental health concerns into individualized therapy sessions, utilizing mindfulness techniques as a core component of treatment.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to develop integrated care plans that encompass all aspects of a client’s mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and the efficacy of mindfulness interventions, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to continually improve therapeutic skills and knowledge of mindfulness applications in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding and proficiency in applying mindfulness principles within therapeutic contexts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
