Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through face-to-face and virtual interactions, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized methodologies, tailoring your approach to the individual therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other necessary regulatory standards, while also tracking patient progress effectively.

• Collaborate consistently with a dedicated treatment team, attending case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the quality of care and share insights with fellow practitioners.

• Engage with clients' families by providing education about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering a supportive network for clients.

• Continuously stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to deliver the most effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and their families facing mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in creating custom treatment plans that address the unique and often complex needs of each client, ensuring that they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.
