Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth preliminary interviews to assess clients' mental health and document findings from the initial consultation through the treatment process.

• Evaluate clients’ psychological, emotional, and behavioral conditions, employing standardized tools and assessments to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop bespoke intervention and recovery plans tailored to their unique needs, enabling progress through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies that resonate with clients’ experiences.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health specialists, medical professionals, and community resources to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients’ psychiatrists and primary care physicians, especially for those requiring hospitalization.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these challenges for clients.

• Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, offering resources and tools to navigate mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by our practice includes individuals of all ages who face mental health disturbances such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated previous experience in a mental health counseling role, exhibiting a solid understanding of clinical best practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and fellow healthcare providers.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic disposition, facilitating rapport building with clients.
