This role is primarily conducted through telehealth, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while also collaborating with colleagues from various locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, employing standardized diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual client circumstances, taking into account their personal goals and challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adapting therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-centered approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to coordinate care plans that address clients’ comprehensive needs, enhancing both mental health outcomes and overall well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress, working to de-escalate situations and formulate safety plans to prevent potential crises.

• Engage in outreach efforts to raise mental health awareness, participating in community education initiatives to reduce stigma and promote wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will predominantly consist of individuals from varied background experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active mental health license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in assessment and treatment of various mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• A strong grasp of cultural sensitivity, enabling you to approach therapy from an inclusive perspective.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the social determinants affecting mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
