Key Responsibilities\n

• Apply a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to individual, group, and family therapy sessions, catering specifically to diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ histories and current challenges, using this data to develop personalized treatment and discharge plans.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions to create a safe, therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback, employing evidence-based practices throughout the process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring adherence to both facility and professional standards, while continuously updating records as indicated.

• Manage a designated caseload, providing consistent, compassionate care and support to each client.

• Engage in treatment team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to collaborative care strategies, always with the client’s best interest at heart.

• Address client concerns proactively, working diligently to resolve any issues that may arise and ensuring a strong emphasis on patient safety.

• Participate in all assigned tasks, including additional roles and responsibilities that support practice initiatives.

You will work with a broad range of client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing targeted therapeutic interventions that cater to their unique needs across the lifespan. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Must possess current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with the State of Arizona or be eligible for state licensure.
