Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining professional engagement with clients through telehealth platforms. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for flexible hours based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patient needs, utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches based on each client’s unique situation and progress.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to address prevalent mental health issues and foster community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions and available treatment options, while also referring them to relevant community resources as needed.

• Maintain thorough and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring adherence to legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development by attending team meetings, consultations, and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and effective therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
