Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, addressing various mental health concerns and fostering supportive dialogue.

• Build a welcoming and empathetic rapport with clients, enabling open communication where they feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Assist clients in identifying and setting achievable personal goals through structured therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population comprising individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong foundation in therapeutic practices, treatment planning, and virtual therapy delivery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital tools to conduct therapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor demonstrating successful patient outcomes in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
