Sales Enablement Lead

Building a comprehensive onboarding and ramp system, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Leader will design training for new Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, create effective sales materials, and track performance metrics to enhance team productivity. Key responsibilities Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires to ensure productivity within their first 90 days Create and maintain practical sales resources such as battlecards and playbooks in collaboration with the Customer Success team Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future enablement initiatives Required qualifications Proven experience in building sales enablement or sales operations programs, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Background in sales with experience carrying a quota or managing a book of business Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders Resourceful and adaptable, with a track record of creating solutions in ambiguous situations Collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
