Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Develop, implement, and continually update personalized treatment plans aligned with the client’s goals, ensuring effective strategy execution.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapy methods tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Effectively utilize teletherapy techniques to deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions, leveraging video conferencing tools and electronic therapy resources to maintain client engagement.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing best practices to address immediate client needs and ensure their safety and well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and training to stay updated with mental health best practices and industry standards, enriching your expertise and therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse adult individuals seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of varying backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values each individual’s journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
