Supremacy Body & Pain Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Work Environment

Located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, our rehabilitation center features modern facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment tailored for orthopedic patients. This onsite position allows for daily interactions with a diverse patient population in a dynamic workplace that fosters teamwork and collaboration. Our regular work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, offering a structured timetable conducive to balancing work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with state practice acts, ensuring adherence to laws governing physical therapy practices.
• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop personalized treatment plans that foster recovery and mobility.
• Administer comprehensive evaluation services, including reviewing medical history and performing specialized assessments that lead to well-documented treatment recommendations.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols derived from the evaluation findings, the patient's condition, and best practices within the evolving health care environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, recognizing and documenting changes in a patient's condition, and adjusting the plan of care accordingly.
• Complete timely discharge planning and necessary follow-up care while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient encounters and treatment progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to corporate and clinical service standards while maintaining awareness of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage actively in facility meetings and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and access for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on treating patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work collaboratively with patients from varying backgrounds, tailoring treatment approaches to individual needs to empower them on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and care standards.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
