Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status, diagnose disorders, and create individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, engaging with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. You will encounter patients experiencing issues related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
