Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments and screenings to understand each patient's unique challenges and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Provide responsive, short-term individual counseling sessions as well as crisis intervention to help patients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other pressing concerns.

• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops that promote personal development, focusing on themes such as stress management, coping strategies, and self-care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and support staff, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care across all services.

• Participate in outreach and preventive initiatives, such as mental health awareness campaigns, to engage the community and reduce stigma surrounding mental well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring both compliance and protection of patient privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
