Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to enhance client engagement and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines, ensuring security and trust.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care effectively and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license in California to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary.
