Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs, including risk assessments and psychosocial histories.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality and effectiveness of treatment.

• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review meetings to continually refine and improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n
