Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Administer effective therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients’ specific concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the protection of clients’ private information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including licensed psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a comprehensive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Firefly Support Groups Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals across various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of an active state license to practice, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
