Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and set personalized treatment goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide prevention-oriented therapy tailored to individual client circumstances. Develop, implement, and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans that reflect client progress and evolving needs. Collaborate with external treatment providers and community placement agencies to ensure integrated care and support for clients. Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage a consistent caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care. Participate in regular staff meetings to exchange insights and strategies, contributing to team learning and collective growth. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Mental Health Therapist at New Beginnings, you will engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications Current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LICSW in the State of New Jersey. Minimum of two years of previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field. Preferred Experience Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their practical applications. Experience with insurance credentialing is a plus. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
