Work Environment\n

This role offers a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth infrastructure is designed to support a high level of clinical engagement, enabling counselors to conduct effective therapy sessions via live video. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within established hours from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., with no on-call work required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly virtual sessions providing evidence-based mental health counseling to individual adult clients, utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health providers to create comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of your clients.

• Utilize automatically administered tools for symptom self-assessment, functional improvement, and progress evaluation to consistently monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in team consultations and offer support as needed, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and those facing higher risks associated with mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a professional clinical counselor (LPCC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individual adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
