Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual cases.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely support and guidance.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create cohesive care strategies for clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and community resources, while advocating diligently for their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LIMFT, LPCC, LISW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
