Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client sessions to explore their goals, preferences, and available treatment options to establish personalized counseling plans.

• Develop and adjust rehabilitation plans tailored to clients’ educational backgrounds, strengths, and aspirations, altering strategies as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists—to create and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

• Maintain thorough documentation for each client, including personal history, treatment protocols, progress notes, and any communication related to counseling.
\n
• Continuously assess and record client progress, utilizing specified metrics to determine the effectiveness of treatment and making adjustments when necessary.

• Engage proactively with clients during their participation in various on-site activities, job training, and occupational placement programs to address any challenges promptly.

• Work closely with clients’ families and support systems to develop collaborative strategies for improvement and support their loved ones under care.

• Quickly assess client needs to facilitate timely referrals to necessary resources and services.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: You must possess a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marital and family therapy.

• Licensure: A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is required.

• Clinical Skills: Demonstrated ability in treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.
