Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions in an onsite rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using innovative and evidence-based methods, incorporating exercises, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly document patient progress, treatment responses, and clinical findings to ensure continuity of care and adapt treatment strategies based on patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and the use of assistive devices to foster independence and optimize self-care capabilities.
• Continuously reassess therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect patient progress and changing needs.

Qualifications
