Work Environment

This position will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, equipped with the latest technology and tools to support patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including the review of relevant medical histories, physical assessments, and necessary tests to determine a patient's therapy needs.
• Develop, explain, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring active involvement from patients and their families in goal-setting processes.
• Execute treatment protocols effectively, adjusting approaches based on continuous assessment of each patient's progress and overall health status.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations with fellow healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Recognize and document changes in patients' conditions, making adjustments to treatment plans and consulting with physicians or other specialists as needed.
• Complete discharge planning and establish follow-up care procedures to ensure sustained recovery and well-being of patients after leaving the clinic.
• Accurately document patient interactions and treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and timely administrative processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries to individuals requiring rehabilitation for chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Tashiro Therapeutic Care offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
