Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (LMFT)We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The LMFT will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based care.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluationsDiagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteriaDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, couples, family, and group therapyUtilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other family systems approachesSupport crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments as neededCollaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationProvide patient advocacy and connect clients to community resources and support servicesParticipate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activitiesQualificationsActive LMFT license in the state of TexasMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited programExperience providing outpatient mental health therapy preferredStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsExperience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan preferredExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamIf you are a motivated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking for a meaningful opportunity in a supportive and client-centered environment, I want to hear from you.
