Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet client needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth formats.

• Document all patient interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case summaries, adhering to company policies and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including case managers and educational staff, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Engage creatively in therapeutic interventions to help clients set and exceed their mental health goals.

• Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions, fostering trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
