Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with students and their families to assess their social and emotional needs through virtual consultations.

• Develop and implement tailored care plans that address individual and family challenges, enabling a pathway to improved mental health.

• Provide psychoeducation to students, faculty, and parents on mental health resources, coping strategies, and community services available for support.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with educators and mental health professionals to create an integrated support network for students.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on effective practices and interventions in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be students, including children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as families in need of support. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including teachers and school administration, to ensure that identified students receive holistic care tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of individual and family therapy approaches.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on educational or school-based social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
