Business Development Manager

This is an opportunity to build and own the Georgia market while representing an industry-leading product portfolio. Rather than inheriting a mature territory, you'll have the autonomy to develop new relationships, drive specifications, and help shape one of the company's highest-priority growth markets. What You'll Do Develop architectural specifications with architects, engineers, design-build firms, contractors, and building owners. Drive basis-of-design specifications for commercial and industrial construction projects. Conduct Lunch & Learns, AIA/CSI presentations, trade shows, and other educational events. Build long-term relationships throughout the architectural and construction community. Develop new business opportunities and expand the commercial project pipeline. Travel throughout Georgia to support customers and grow market share. Manage opportunities from early design through project award using CRM tools. What We're Looking For Experience selling commercial building products into the architectural and construction market. Proven ability to influence architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. Understanding of the architectural specification process. Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from project inception through award. Strong business development and territory management skills. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to develop a market. Experience with architectural products, insulated metal panels, commercial roofing, metal building systems, building envelope products, exterior cladding, glazing, or other specification-driven commercial building products is highly preferred.
