Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of dynamic tasks aimed at improving mental health and facilitating personal growth among clients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ psychological, social, and functional needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the diverse challenges faced by clients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive treatment approaches.

• Participating in ongoing training, case consultations, and peer review meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Providing education and resources to clients and families, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients representing various backgrounds and mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
