Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and requirements.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy to conduct virtual therapy sessions, using secure platforms to maintain client confidentiality.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

In this position, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to manage client caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
