Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center in Bakersfield, California. This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Consulting with patients to understand their physical conditions and symptoms in detail.
• Assessing movement dysfunctions through physical examinations and establishing comprehensive treatment plans that correspond to individual patient needs.
• Guiding and teaching patients in therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their recovery and mobility.
• Applying therapeutic treatments such as manual therapy, stimulation, and therapeutic massage to promote healing and improve function.
• Assisting patients with the utilization of mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on at-home treatment options and exercises that support their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Preferred Experience
