Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy depending on client preferences and needs.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to ensure optimal progress and satisfaction.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility and comfort while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

• Document progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines within the telehealth framework.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to refine clinical skills, stay updated on the latest practices, and provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing a therapeutic rapport with clients and facilitating open dialogue.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor, with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively, along with a penchant for detail-oriented documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a private practice or telehealth setting is highly desirable, particularly in treating clients with diverse backgrounds and varying mental health conditions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
