Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients via teletherapy, employing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating clinical skills required to manage urgent situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay up-to-date on the latest mental health best practices and industry updates.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse clients.

• A strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
\n
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload successfully.

• No prior disciplinary actions on professional license.
