The position of Mental Health Counselor operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients seamlessly through telehealth platforms. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of clients and create effective treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, contributing to a comprehensive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to support a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
