Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine the most effective treatment strategies.

• Develop, execute, and continually refine individualized treatment plans that encourage trauma recovery and resilience, incorporating patient feedback to ensure efficacy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where patients can process trauma and learn coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care approaches, addressing each patient’s physical and emotional health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance when needed.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and the therapeutic process to empower them in their journey toward healing.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient data management.

• Engage in case consultations, attend team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed on recent research and evolving best practices in trauma therapy, incorporating new findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals suffering from various trauma-related conditions. Our patients often come to us seeking relief from their distressing experiences. Through your compassionate approach and expertise, you will provide support that fosters healing and resilience, significantly enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a mental health setting focusing on trauma recovery.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental demeanor when interacting with patients.

• The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress circumstances.
\n
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in basic computer applications to manage documentation and reporting effectively.

• A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise. Moreover, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
