The practice operates Monday through Saturday, offering you the flexibility to manage your own hours while meeting client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, evaluating their mental health needs and formulating effective therapy plans.

• Engage in initial comprehensive assessments to triage care, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client conditions.

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team through regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to ensure a unified approach to client care.

• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering clinical social work and counseling interventions adapted to the diverse needs of patients across different age groups.

• Manage individual case loads while coordinating with external healthcare professionals and community programs, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Complete documentation ethically and promptly, adhering to department standards.
\n
• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in realizing their individualized service plans.

Your work will have a direct impact on a varied patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and other mental health challenges. By leveraging telehealth methods, you will reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, thus expanding their support systems and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Availability to provide therapy sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week or more, accommodating both client and personal schedules.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience directly related to providing mental health therapy.
