This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule. The role is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a telehealth setting, where you will interact with patients through secure video conferencing. You will have the freedom to work from home, ensuring you have reliable internet access and a private space to maintain patient confidentiality. Your typical working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call work required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions with adult clients using evidence-based methods tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to evaluate patient progress and adjust therapeutic strategies accordingly.

• Provide constructive feedback and seek consultation from colleagues to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment updates within our electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training related to our evidenced-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to individual adults, with a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults. You will foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, demonstrating your qualifications to provide mental health services.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and discuss client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
