Position Summar yLeads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of company benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence. Ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs and business objectives . Proven experienc e leading leave and absence management programs, including FMLA, ADA, disability, paid leave, and state-specific leave requirements. Expertise in compliance, case management, accommodations, return-to-work processes to ensure a positive employee experience and effective program administratio Major Tasks and Responsibilit iesManages the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, which may include health and welfare, retirement, wellness, and/or leave of absen ce.Partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee-focused benefits and leave progra ms.Evaluates plan performance, utilization, and market trends to inform recommendations on program design, cost management, and enhancemen ts.Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and related requiremen ts.Oversees vendor relationships, including performance management, contract review, and service delivery outcom es.Leads benefits and leave-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, and process improvemen ts.Develops and delivers clear employee communications and education to drive understanding and engagement with benefits progra ms.Provides guidance and support to HR partners, leaders, and employees on complex benefits and leave-related matte Preferred Qualifica tionsBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related f ield.6+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or total rew ards.Demonstrated experience managing health and welfare, retirement, or leave of absence prog rams.Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirem ents.Prior leadership or project management experience prefe Work Conditions and Physical D emandsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential func tions.Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.
