Security Officer Part Time Patrol Role

Security Officer – Part Time Patrol (Miami, FL) Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday 02:00 AM – 07:00 AM, Saturday 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant activity. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and/or visitor activity in accordance with site protocols while reporting unusual conditions to the appropriate contact. Support shipping and receiving operations by maintaining a visible presence, observing high‑traffic areas, and/or communicating clearly with site personnel and visitors. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
