Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, crafting personalized treatment plans aimed at their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to foster personal growth and wellbeing.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.

• Provide virtual therapy solutions to clients through teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for those who may have mobility challenges or reside in remote areas.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
