Quick Facts: Location: Boston, MA Start Date: 11/09/2026 End Date: 02/08/2027 Shift: Day shifts, 3x13 hours (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours/Week: 39 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Massachusetts License, BC in Neurosurgery Experience: Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay package at $129.98/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You’ll Do: Collaborate with residents during patient rounding and care planning Review and prioritize patient needs, ensuring timely assessments Manage inpatient neurosurgery patients, including overseeing discharge and orders Remove drains (Hemovac/J-P drains) as needed Provide patient care based on established protocols and standards Document and update patient records using Epic EMR system Contribute to the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes What You Need: Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required) Valid Massachusetts license Minimum 1 year of neurosurgery experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting Strong patient care skills and attention to detail About the Assignment: This dynamic assignment is based at a top hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, dedicated to delivering exceptional inpatient neurosurgery care.
