Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities in one-on-one sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, tailored to individual client needs.

• Document patient progress accurately, maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational policies regarding record-keeping for beneficiaries’ charts.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the high standards of care as set forth by governing bodies.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring effective communication channels are established and maintained.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs, fostering potential partnerships and funding sources that enhance the service delivery framework.

Qualifications\n
