Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage open and honest communication.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to determine client needs, goals, and barriers to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy or integration counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
