IT Service Desk Specialist

Delivering remote technical support, the full-time IT Service Desk Specialist will manage IT incidents and service requests, ensuring efficient resolution and high service standards while supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 remote technical support for end users across the organization Serve as a primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, managing tickets in alignment with established SLAs Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues Required Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk environment Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard enterprise applications Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
