Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges, using clinical interviews and standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that address each client's unique challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting open dialogue and growth through structured activities and discussions aimed at enhancing communication and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients, actively participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings.

• Provide education, guidance, and support to clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and how to be active participants in their loved ones' recovery journeys.

• This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 , commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus of $3,000 .
