Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations of students, identifying their unique mental health needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, or mindfulness-based practices, aimed at addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential electronic health records, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support systems for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents within educational environments. You will work with a diverse student body presenting various challenges, including but not limited to stress, emotional regulation issues, and social skills development. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
