Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, evaluating their mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide graduate-level clinical social work interventions, including various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address each client's unique situations.

• Participate actively in patient rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring thorough communication with other health professionals regarding assessment findings and treatment strategies.

• Document care plans and treatment interventions promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical standards and departmental expectations.

• Engage in case management activities, coordinating with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate comprehensive support for assigned patients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
