This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to connect with clients via live video sessions. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. There are no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing meaningful support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to assist them in achieving their mental health goals.

• Monitor client progress using self-assessments and goal progress measures, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Participate in weekly consultation sessions with leadership for clinical support and peer feedback, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications\n
