Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
