Head of Enterprise Sales About the Company Influential healthcare technology company Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to spearhead and expand national sales efforts across key customer segments, including physicians, health systems, and health plans. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader with a proven track record in building and leading B2B sales teams, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and expansion, with a focus on owning and delivering against revenue targets, building and scaling a high-performing sales organization, and establishing scalable sales processes. The Head of Enterprise Sales will also be responsible for leading sales into various healthcare entities, expanding partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met with the company's solutions. Applicants for the Head of Enterprise Sales position at the company should have 7-12+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting, and be adept at generating demand through a variety of prospecting strategies. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with a strong sense of ownership.
