Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify students’ mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals tailored to each student.

• Collaborate regularly with educators, school psychologists, and external community services to ensure comprehensive support for students.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to address urgent student needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to equip students and families with tools for resilience and coping.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who face mental health challenges, including those stemming from familial, social, and educational pressures. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
